"Jasmine coached me for over four years and made me a state champion. She is thoughtful in her approach with each athlete, meeting them where they are in their athletic journey. She is an excellent coach." --Hannah Nunez, Former Harvard Track Athlete

A former All-SEC record-breaking high-jumper, Academic All-American, American Ninja Warrior Season 7 Competitor, author, speaker, and coach, Jasmine helps young leaders ensure their future success by developing their mental, physical, emotional, and social skills.

Through goal tracking and mental training, Jasmine shows young women in sports how to leverage today's athletic experience for tomorrow's success. And she's right there every step of the way.

"While participation in sports can result in an increased capacity for resilience and toughness, a better long-term quality of life, and an increase in some mental proficiencies post-eligibility, retirement from sport often results in increased anxiety and depression; burnout; feelings of grief, loss, and void; increased stress; substance abuse; problems establishing healthy nutrition practices; and difficulty establishing new life routines." (National Institute of Health)

With the right information, direction, and mentorship, student-athletes can establish the necessary mindset and practices to bridge the transition from life in sports to life after sports, making the change much easier to navigate.

SET THE B.A.R. is that bridge.

"70% of student-athletes admit to experiencing mental health issues, and female adolescents are particularly at risk."

-Women's Health

"This program helps athletes build confidence and learn the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of being a female athlete so they understand their journey is different from their other people's and surround themselves with likeminded competitors."

--S. Moore, mother of a SET the B.A.R. athlete
